Notes:          
Support services refer to the current LEDA version and its direct predecessor version. We also offer extended maintenance services upon request.
Subscription
LEDA licenses are available with and without subscription. The subscription runs for a period of twelve months. It contains the desired LEDA license, all upgrades released during the term, technical support and the possibility to renew subscription at expiration date for just a renewal fee.
Installation Support
Our installation support helps you solve technical problems during the installation process. Please send your question or problem to: support@algorithmic-solutions.com.
Please phrase your question or problem with as much details as possible. If you are encountering an error message, please make sure to include it in your message.
Bug Support
We are committed to addressing bugs, if any, in LEDA as fast as possible. If you experience a software problem, and our support team can reproduce the error, we will make all reasonable efforts to provide a usable solution. If you are a support customer, depending on the severeness of the bug we typically send you a workaround for immediate use or we provide a fix for use in the forthcoming LEDA upgrade. Please send your bug report to: support@algorithmic-solutions.com.

Phrase your question or problem with as much details as possible. If you are encountering an error message, please make sure to include it in your bug report.

Maintenance
With our maintenance services you receive all new LEDA versions, ports and upgrades of the licensed software for free. In addition you are eligible for premium support. Premium support is a high-value technical support service that provides you with assistance, advice and help on all LEDA usage. Please feel free to send your support requests at any time to: support@algorithmic-solutions.com.

Extended Maintenance
Upon request we will consider extending the LEDA functionalities and algorithms. Send the specification of your needs to leda@algorithmic-solutions.com and get a quote.
